"I know that I will get a snarky reply because I’ve read the replies you’ve left other reviewers. I spoke to a VERY rude woman that talked over me throughout the conversation. I asked for an IPL appt and she said, “why do you need IPL?” First of all, I’m a paying customer so if I ask for an appt you give it to me, not question why I want it. I told her to decrease my dark spots on my face and she said, “you need to come in for a full consult because IPL doesn’t help brown spots.” I said, I’ve had IPL before and it helped tremendously” and before I could even finish my sentence she cut me off again and said, “well like I said, you don’t need that you need to come in for a consultation because IPL doesn’t fix brown spots. You’ll come back later claiming your treatment didn’t work and leave us a bad review online so can I make you an appt?” I said well you’re coming off rather rudely, she said “I’m not being rude I’m just telling you what the deal is. Are you gonna make an appointment or what?” I told her I have a Groupon and want the IPL but she would NOT schedule it. She continued arguing with my request. I finally told her that I would get a refund but would NOT be making an appointment with them. If this is the way your front office handles phone calls, you might want to address it. I will take my business elsewhere."
"Amazing results, great deals, and fantastic service. Angela gets me in and out in 15 minutes, and her hair removal treatments have been a godsend. Most places will not do a full job to keep you coming back - I'll be coming back here just because the job gets done! Do check out their Dallas location on Wednesdays!"
