"Went in Thursday to have my hair colored and highlighted by Wyne.She had done my hair one other time and it turned out good. This time when I went in I should have know when she had to ask another hair dresser how to proceed with what I wanted. Which was a color and highlights. She proceeded to tell me she alternated with color and highlights plus leaving some of my natural color which I didn’t want that way. Long story short half my head was colored and highlighted the bottom half looked the same as when I went in. She said she could fix so I thought ok went back the next day she said she was going to do an all over color then highlights. Like I told her that’s what I want in the first place she says yes I should have listened to you. I asked her if my hair was going to be any darker? All she said was it will lighten up me figuring ok maybe it won’t be that dark… decided ok and one of the other hair dressers made a remark like oh you don’t want black hair that should of told me to say stop! It didn’t come out any better way too dark and not to mention my hair is totally screwed up now. Please think twice before having her do your hair."

"Loved the Nail Tech until I had to cancel an appt....now she's not responding to any text. I had to cancel because there was a Tornado watch in our area that turned to a warning shortly after I cancelled. I told her I couldn't drive in the 30mph side winds on the highway. I have texted numerous times to see about an appointment and still no response, not even "I'll let you know if I get a cancellation" I am moving on to another tech at this point...."

"Was taken advantage of because I was from out of town. Went for a simple haircut and eyebrow wax for my daughter. Tiffany took care of us. She did a great haircut. But she charged $20 for blowing my daughters hair dry to see if she needed to make any adjustments and if hair was evenly cut. I did not ask for a style which is what she called it when I questioned the total price she quoted me, she then waxed her eyebrows and left a burn on my daughters eyelid and still charged me $20 for this on top of charging me $25 for the haircut. Never been treated this way. Won’t be returning again. I have family here in Benbrook and I will not recommend anyone to go there. I even told Tiffany that I found this place online by all the positive and great reviews others had posted. However, the way that I was treated was wrong."

"Well I haven’t been to a Salon in over a year, so I was well past due!!! Troy did a fantastic job! His prices were very reasonable and the salon was exceptionally clean...after each customer!!! Very laid back, professional and he had me laughing quite a bit!!! I’m a client forever now!!! Thank you Troy!"
