"I ordered a fiber optic cable sheath splitter for a large fiber splicing job. I never received my tool. 2 days after I placed and paid for my order I received a email stating they could not verify my adress as legitimate so I had to call the account receivable dept and talk to Angelica she verified my address and said they would release my shipment. I called repeatedly and never got a response. So finally today Feb 28 I talked to a supervisor who informed me my order was canceled on the 24th by the same woman I talked to. So be warry"

"I ordered a mini ratchet set 8/3/16. They had a delivery time of 2 - 5 days. Patiently I waited 4 weeks and called them to check on the status. They told me the towards the end of September I would be receiving it. I asked if they could keep me informed as to exactly when I can be expecting the arrival of my order. It is now September 23rd and I have not heard a thing. I guess I'm at fault in not asking what year in September to expect this. Mind you they had originally said 2-5 days, it is now going on 2 months. The moral of this post is if you want honest, timely service, this is NOT the place to order from."
