"My experience with Floor N More was extremely unsatisfactory. I first hired them to install wood floors on the stairs and the upstairs and to closely match the stain of the existing downstairs floor. The downstairs floor is engineered wood, so an exact match was not expected; however, not only did they pick a stain without my approval, but the stain was not even close to a decent match. I was not given options to pick from. I reached out to the owner to address the issue. After much back and forth, no resolution was reached. The lack of professionalism on his part led to me no longer trusting him or his company. After analyzing the floor installation I noticed it was not performed to specification, which led to hiring a professional licensed, and certified flooring inspector. The inspector concluded that Floor N More's wood floor installation methods were out of specification, the quality of materials used was inferior, and the prep work was unprofessional. Among many of the issues observed, it was also noted that the stain was not applied appropriately, and there was no preparation for the subfloor after they removed the carpet resulting in the wood floor being out of level throughout the installation. Wood was lifting off the subfloor from wood and debris that was glued over. They never removed the carpet tack strips from the stairs and installed the risers on top of them. The wood flooring contained several obvious unsightly issues such as tool filings, knot holes filled with epoxy, and insect holes. Nothing was salvageable. We had to pay for a complete teardown and replacement of the wood floors they installed. The owner of Floor N More stated that we were trying to keep the floor for free. However, I have allowed him to pick up his floor, which still sits in a pile on our property. I gained nothing from this and nothing was free. I've spent more money in the process. I would never recommend Floor N More to anyone, especially a friend or family member."

"First, of all, I would like to thank the "Floor and More " team especially Ulises to help us get to the floor that we wanted. Before coming to the shop we have been shopping around for almost a year and a half and were not able to come to a decision. I like how Ulises G explained to us the differences between all the floors and help us navigate to make a decision that was perfect for us. The whole process was easy as Ulises come home took and measurement and next day emailed us the cost details. We went back and front several times and he was always patient and flexible. And finally got us a good deal. After signing the paper, the contractor (Israel) come to install the floors to our house at an exact given time. They were very humble and professional and took care of our belonging. It was not as dusty or noisily as we expected. I would work upstairs while work was done on the ground floor. However , there are few things Floor and More could have done to improve the overall quality of their service. One issue that we have noticed is the junction between the new and old floor is very steep and my son has tripped twice on it. The contractor has promised to come and give a look. Hope this will be resolved. The next issue we discovered is 3 of our doors cannot be closed after floor work. Hopefully, the contractor will resolve it too. I will update the review in a couple of months after all work is completed. Then I would be able to finally review the Floor and More quality."
