"I've driven past this place hundreds of times and never gave it a thought until I needed a backpack blower. The sales person (Evan Meek) listened to my needs and recommended the Echo 580T. It was the perfect blower for my needs. Not only will they sell you equipment but more importantly, they'll service it as well. "I am sad to say. I had to change my review. I originally gave them 5 star and bought a weed eater and the gentleman was great for customer service. I went back about two weeks ago to buy a chain saw. I walked in and two employees were at computer. I looked at the chainsaw for 8-10 minutes then went up to approach the employees. They never acknowledged me from the time I entered the store. I sat their standing in front of them for three minutes and they never said one word. So I left and bought my product at Ace hardware with good customer service."
