"The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I went to get a skin treatment, but the machine was not working, so they took me back to the waiting room. I was there for almost an hour without any update until I requested my deposit back. They told me they couldn't do that. Why not? I just wasted my time and did not get the service I wanted. First, they said their boss would take it from their paycheck if they returned my deposit. Then they told me they spoke with her, and she said no. How could you not return the deposit to a customer who wasted time waiting for a service you were unprepared for? And last, they said, "I know it's not your fault, but it is not our fault either." Speechless."
"I reserved a spot for my bridal makeup and hair in May, I left a deposit, confirmed on email and I arrived early like they asked... Time passed by and NOBODY was there to help, I walked in to ask what was going on (since I had to be ready for MY own wedding) nobody knew who was going to do what, I ended up contacting on Instagram, nobody replied... I ended up leaving and doing my makeup and hair by myself. When they answered they just said sorry and sent my money back, no explanation or anything. I definitely do NOT recommend this place just for lack of professionalism."
