"It's my daughter and I one and only place to get our hair and makeup done, I dont know how those magical hands do it,but makeup lasts all day and always glowing .Very talented ladies that always go above and beyond for there client's!! The teeth whitening is also incredibly awesome,last but not least, those facials are fenomenal!!!! FYI,Im a very picky customer. Place is lovely,clean,and a great atmosphere.They are always so happy to assist you,making you feel so relaxed and beautiful!!!!!!!!"

"I had my makeup and hair done on December 23rd. I was happy with my hair but when I got home and looked at myself closely in the mirror my face was so cakey my under eyes were creasing so much that I had to redo my whole makeup once I got home. I was so upset I cried because 200 dollars is expensive. I wasn’t even color matched and looked super white. I kept saying this while I was in the salon but they kept telling me that I didn’t. My mother in law also got her makeup done with this girl and felt the exact same about her makeup. The only one that was happy with her makeup was my sister in law who was the 15 she got her makeup done with the business owner."

"Be prepared to abide by strict deposit policy. There is no refunds or change of date after you make a deposit. You are told this before making your appointment. It took me awhile to process the policy this shop instills as they will keep your deposit and book others on those spots given up. I had booked well in advance (about a year) for my wedding party and was surprised we weren't the first ones. I don't know if the other party had perhaps booked before me but I was thinking that 10am was their first set of appointments. With that being said it could have avoided 2 of my bridesmaids giving up their deposits because my ceremony started at 5 and last appointments would not be ready until 4 giving them very little commute and changing time. I was disappointed there was no way to accommodate earlier slots to have avoided the loss of the deposits of my 2 bridesmaids. I was thinking time restraints but turned out they had others ahead. The pros to this shop is quickness and quality. My wedding updo and makeup took about an 2 hours to complete. Owner is very serviceable and some crew members are a delight. So you will get your money's worth. The cons are again the deposit. Be extremely sure that you have no major events happen because you will lose your deposit. This shop caters to many individuals from XV, weddings, photoshoots, etc. So be 1000% you will make it or say good bye to your money as per shop policy. Make sure you ask all the questions you need. I did not know what to ask other than needing an updo for my wedding. My hairstylist was not very chatty being I was already stressed out, she wasn't courteous after several hair snatches and hits to my head when teasing my hair. Not even an I'm sorry. I didn't know there was an extra charge to put on hair extensions. Again this was the first time getting married, never have used extensions so I didn't know if I REALLY needed them. I was told to buy and I did. 120.00 later for extensions i wont ever use again, there was a fee to apply and style clip on extensions. If i was informed, I would have said work with the hair I got. My last con was my hair consultant. Hair consult was scheduled 3 months prior to appointment. I was hoping for a little more personal approach but didn't receive that. I sat in a chair for about 10 mins tops was told let me see your dress and told to get the updo the model wearing the wedding dress I would wear to get the same style. There was no personal touch to see my head piece or options of what could be done. I understand from a business stand point time is money but I had made an appointment for hair consultant and expected just a tad more. Not an updo try on for free but just more input and detail to a quick gathering of ideas. Overall, I will return for general hair coloring as my regular stylist is awesome. Buyer beware and ask questions as necessary!"
