He walked me through process and had my order ready in less than 30 minutes. Huge deal and I will not forget his kindness. Truly the definition of an above and beyond employee! "This place has horrible customer service. I stood at the print counter for 10 minutes without ever being acknowledged. The copy machine that I used was running out of ink. When I told the older gentleman that and showed him my improperly printed pages he acted like there was no problem despite everything coming out yellow and striped. Then finally admitted that he didn’t know what the problem was and sent me back to the print counter. I was honestly in disbelief at how someone at this age, working at an office supply store could be so undereducated and uncaring. I think he needs to find a job elsewhere. I wish this town had an Office Depot. Everything about that store is better."
"Every time I go in here to use self print it takes forever and the printers hardly ever work. The staff is all standing around and no one ever seems to be actually doing anything, but never want to help either. The last time I asked for help from the manager, he tried to sell me a printer and that was his solution because his printers were slow and not working and so instead of trying to help me he just wanted to sell me something. I just spent an hour in there without any staff member asking if I needed any help, the printer charged me three different times while I was trying to print notes for a class, and there was a line at every printer because every single person in there trying to use the printers was having issues. Absolutely ridiculous. It’s a poor experience every time I come in here."
