"Definitely the best place in the Rio Grande Valley. I traveled from Brownsville just to come to come get a day at the spa package I got for Mother's Day, They really made me feel very special . All services were at the top. Will definitely recommend this place. Worth your time and money."

"Let me start of by saying that the customer service there is good. Very personable and nice. The services however leave a lot to be desired. I drove in from San Antono to treat my mom to a belated Mothers Day treat. I called several Spa's and they were all booked. I came across this one and they had decent reviews. I called and they had openings for facials, manicure and pedicures. So I scheduled all 3 for my mom and I. The place is nice when u first walk in. The area for manicures is dirty and not very presentable. The facial was supposed to include extraction of all blackheads and exfoliate and moisturize your skin. They said it would take at least 45 minutes. Long story short. My face while it did feel softer was not clean nor were blackheads extracted. I even mentioned my troubled areas and she said don't worry I'll take care of it. She didn't. My manicure and my mom's didn't even last a day. By the next day the polish on my entire left hand peeled right off. And so had my mom's. She didn't want to complain as it had been a gift from me and she didn't want to seem ungrateful. But when I got to San Antonio Sunday i called and told her about my nails. And she mentioned hers had done the same. I dropped over $200 dollars for services that are less than acceptable and very poor qualitt. We were the only ones there Saturday when we went. And now I know why. I was very disappointed to say the least. My mom is battling stage 4 cancer and I really wanted it to be a nice experience for her. And it wasn't. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They really need to update their place and deliver on their services as described and sold. The only reason they got 1 star was because the young ladies there were nice."
