"Civilians can not get in base to enjoy this place ."
"Kids don't have the same level of detail that parents do, and as a parent, I noticed that this place was DIRTY. They have an actual sandbox and they don't watch if kids wipe off their feet (before jumping on the slides/bounce houses) so the inside of the slides are filthy from months if not years of dirt. When my child came off of one slide he was so dirty we ended up leaving. They have food and snacks but sometimes the attendant is hard to find, and I noticed some people didn't even pay because the attendant was gone for so long and they got tired of waiting. Do yourself a favor and go to Ally B Gator's or Urban Air instead; they have better standards."
"A lot more jumpy houses than we expected. The kids could run around and play with room to spare and the staff member that was working when we had our daughters birthday was super friendly and helpful."
"Kids dont notice what we do, so they'll have fun. But this place is so dirty and if you rent for a party you need to be careful what you have for food cause they have minimal hook ups.Very unorganized for party's."
"Indoor Jumbo park should should do maintenance to their equipment. My kids found broken little bycicles and carts (no pedals, wheels not turning, flat tires). Only a few carts were able to be used. The only think that made me not regret of paying 12.99 for 2 kids was the bounces that are in acceptable conditions and look to be fun."
