"The rooms are pretty awesome the service at the front desk was super super super superb!!! The cleaning of the rooms was all right they could have dusted a little more but other than that super great service and super rooms!"

"The sign was out making the hotel difficult to find at night. The lights in the lobby outside entrance were out making it dark and dangerous with the curbs at night. The door to my room was open when we arrived. The floor was sticky in the bathroom. One window was broken and the other was open. Since the hotel is right off the freeway, the room is therefore quite loud. When I called to ask for a different room, they said none were available and did not try to do anything to resolve the issue. The tv wouldn’t work and the remote had tape over the batteries to keep them in. The bathroom desperately needs to be updated. The lights over the dining table won’t turn on. Needless to say, I won’t be back."

"I usually always stay at extended stays. This one has been a delight to stay at. The housekeeping always does an amazing job to clean the room. I appreciate them, the front desk staff is always helpful and assist me if I have any trouble. The rooms are huge and can’t go wrong with the kitchen. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone staying long term."

"Rooms were a little rough. Broken things like doorknobs, stove tops, cabinets. Kinda dirty. Sloppy remodeling. Outside was littered with broken auto glass, as though cars were broken into frequently. Beer bottles all over the landscaping. Water stands in certain areas of the parking lot. Was given a full side mattress on a queen size bed so had to change rooms to actually get a queen size bed. Service was good, fairly accommodating. It did take a bit of effort to get my room cleaned, but there was a Texas Tech football game so the hotel was booked and they cleaning staff was busy with check outs."

"We travel plenty due to my husbands job, but this hotel sits at our top 5. We stayed a month & will likely return if we are ever in the area again. We were able to arrange a reservation for our room over the phone with Theo. She was able to put us in a room the very next day! Our room was both clean and convenient to the trash room and the laundry room. We received linens for both the bed and bathroom as often as we needed. The kitchenette was somewhat "separated" from the room, so the room didn't feel small or tight whatsoever, (we travel with our littles). Check in & checkout were very easy with Theo, who was more than happy to accommodate all of our needs, as she did the entire month! Was even generous enough to give us a call after we left, to notify us about something left behind. She gladly bagged and tagged it, so my husband could return for it later. Thank you so much for a lovely stay!"
