"My son is new to Learning Rx. It is definitely a challenge however I truly believe it is going to be a great benefit to him. Natalia is a great brain training coach. My son absolutely feels motivated and excited to excel and he says he has a lot of fun doing it. Gina and the staff have been kind, compassionate, and patient while I have dealt with my own health issues. I truly believe they have my son’s best interests at heart. "LearningRx has been a safe place for my son to reset. He was in 8th grade when he suffered a severe concussion. Shortly after, we noticed opportunities with attention, concentration, reading and executive functioning skills. The staff has all been exceptional in formulating a plan for his specific needs. Amber was a perfect match for him. It was certainly a commitment, but the benefits far outweighed any inconvenience. He is confident, He is organized. "Learning RX Testimony by Erika Farmer Learning Rx did for our daughter Ella Farmer, exactly what they said they would do and more! When I was first referred to learning Rx, I knew someone who had already been through the program so I knew it worked for that person, however I wasn’t sure if it would work for our daughter. The program depending on your child’s needs can vary based on testing, time, flexibility, and what you want to accomplish for your child. The cost varies as well depending on the needs of the child…….it’s hard to put a price on your child feeling confident in school. Learning Rx is not cheap, but you will get value for your money at this location! There is a cost to have and keep talented trainers on staff that know how to work with children and keep them engaged. Our experience with Learning Rx was over the course of one year at the northeast location in San Antonio, Texas with our daughter Ella. Ella is a beautiful, amazing, thoughtful young girl who started learning Rx at the age of eight. She had already started the 3rd grade when we enrolled her in learning Rx because she was still reading at a first-grade level. Ella is a very stubborn girl and her struggles with reading had become something she was embarrassed about and in turn affected her overall self-esteem. Ella had recently been tested through the local school program and diagnosed with a form of dyslexia that was also impairing her ability to progress in reading. As parents we had tried to work with her on reading, but it usually ended in a fight and everyone going to bed mad. Within the first six weeks of joining Learning Rx Ella’s attitude started to change. She was excited about her sessions with Ms. Amber. She was excited about reading. She was feeling more confident! She started reading road signs, song names, menu items, and other various words. With each session Ella’s confidence and reading level improved. She would even go on Saturday mornings and not complain about getting up early for Learning Rx. The curriculum that Learning Rx uses encourages the use of games and other items to read not just words on paper. As a parent you can incorporate some of these everyday opportunities into your routine. Learning Rx knows how to train readers that may struggle from varying distractions, disabilities, lack of excitement. The trainers find fun ways to reengage the kids into learning. Our daughter jokes that they had the “key to her brain that unlocked it”. Sounds silly, I’m pretty sure those words are in the sales pitch, but those words rang true for us! Ella graduated from the Learning Rx program at the beginning of the fourth grade, reading just above the fourth-grade level. She moved up three grade levels in reading in one year, that’s progress! I am so proud of our daughter and the achievements that she has made in reading. She could not have come this far or accomplished as much as she did without Learning Rx and her trainer Ms. Amber. Ella is more confident in herself overall. She is reading chapter books! We highly recommend that anyone who has children struggling with any academic need reach out to Learning Rx and at least hear them out and what program they would recommend for you and your child. As a parent the biggest relief that Learning Rx gave us was taking away the daily frustration of our daughter not being able to keep up in class. She is excited about reading and for that we feel blessed to have found Learning Rx and especially Ms. Amber who will always remain in Ella’s heart. Sincerely, Erika Farmer"

"My daughter goes to Learning RX for help with her dyslexia. She has made so much progress it is amazing! She loves her trainers and even though they push her she always wants to come. She leaves a mentally exhausted but so happy. She sees the difference it is making in her life. Not only is her reading improving but she is much faster at her math facts and her memory has improved.
