"I usually come here and decent service. I came in today and had specially called in this morning to make an appointment for 2:15, got here at 2:10, and sat there waiting being told someone will be right with me for over 40 minutes. When I asked I was told somebody will be with me in 5 minutes, 13 minutes later I just got up and walked out. The guy who look like he was in charge for the day just looked at me and didn't say a word. My last time trying to come here."
