"This was my go-to nail place up until the last 2 times I went. The 2nd to last time I got my nails done here they chipped within a day. Since this was my favorite nail place, I decided to give them another try. The pedicure I received was borderline unacceptable. I hate speaking up at nail salons, but it was so bad I couldn’t help but ask the lady why I was not receiving the same service as everyone else in the salon. I asked why I didn’t get a scrub, rocks or towel like they do every single time at this place and she told me “I didn’t need it.” The pedicure chipped that same day. I felt like I was absolutely scammed. The lady then proceeded to tell me “next time I’ll do it for you” but there will not be a next time. The reason why I am giving them 2 stars is because the lady who came in and did my nails saved the day. I was hesitant on even leaving a tip, because the way I was treated was so poorly but I did it because I didn’t want to punish the other ladies in the salon that can do their job. The only word I have for my experience is unacceptable."
"I went here for several years. I hate pedicures, but the ladies were always kind and gentle. I've moved to Arizona and finally found a comparable nail place, but I do miss Instyle"
