"If there was an option of zero stars that’s what I would give. Bad customer service. Manager on August 25th at 6 pm Laurie Esparza was very rude. Did not communicate properly when asked about an even exchange on an item. Not very professional was eating and smacking on some candy. She proceeded to tell me that she couldn’t do an exchange on an item of the same value; she asked for receipt but I didn’t have it and told her I was a member and she couldn’t find the receipt and said no exchange could be done without it. When there has been other occasions where I was able to."
"I just left tractor supply for the first time. As a new vegetable grower I was excited to enter. No customer service what so ever. I was looking for potatoes and was in line when one worker said the other lady can help me out at other register. When waiting in line the employee that told me to switch lines called the person behind me to ring them up. Then I asked if they had potatoes for planting and very rude not even looking at me in the face said “we threw them out” I don’t know if I was being discriminated against since I’m not a regular but definitely not coming back here"
