"My fiancee and I made an appointment for pedicures together after a long week. We waited 10 minutes before anyone greeted us at which point they set up our stations. A very kind employee started on my fiancee right away but the other woman who was responsible for mine did not come over for another 10 minutes. She pulled my feet out of the water, realized I had gel polish and started to remove the polish with a nail file for about 2 minutes before she told me she'd be right back. Another customer walked in for a manicure and she left me with my feet out of the water for the other client. More than 30 minutes pass by and my fiancee is done with his pedicure while mine hadn't even started. We paid for my fiancees pedicure and left. Will not be coming back."

"I will never go to another nail salon in Houston for my dip nails! The owner takes pride in her job and pays attention to the smallest details. My dip nails never look chunky. She gets it right EVERY TIME. Just call ahead of time to ensure availability!"

"I’ve been coming here on and off for pedicures for at least 4 years now and I have never had anything less than the BEST experience. Every single time I cheat on Neon Nails, I instantly regret it. Their prices are very fair, particularly for the level and quality of service provided. Even with their basic pedicure you’re going to be there an hour+. They really take their time to cut, shape, and clean up your toe nails and your feet. They include a very lovely massage and their gel pedicures last for MONTHS. My polish has never chipped or come off when they do my pedicures. I’ve only had to get my toes redone because they’ve grown out so much! The staff is so friendly and kind and the space is so clean. I’d give them 100 stars if I could! Can’t recommend Neon Nails enough!"
