"The service from my technician was okay at best. My nails aren’t straight and slanted at the bottom. When I paid I didn’t leave a tip because this was a rushed poor job on my nails. When I checked my card statements I saw they took it upon themselves to charge my card anyways for a $10 tip ! I’m NEVER coming here again because that’s shady! I didn’t leave a tip for a reason. Be careful they’re stealing money from customers and doing a poor job in their work. You pay for what you get when you get a $25 full set of nails."
