"Don't know what to say about the guy in the counter. Very unresponsive and rude. Again RUDE. I am in this neighborhood for the past 25 years. He never ever care about customers and when I go there today, I am the only customer. There are three persons in the counter, talk and talk with themselves didn't care about me. I read several comments below complaining about them. Not going to give any more business to them and it appears to me that the business is going down there. Never go back again."
"We have recently moved into the neighborhood and my wife went to this store to buy samosas. My wife asked the owner/MOD to give her fresh snd hot samosas. The owner started lecturing my wife and was very rude. My wife kept on smiling and did not respond to his attitude. She came in car and started eating those samosas. First samosa had frozen vegetables, the second samosa had frozen potatoes. My wife went inside and reminded the owner about his aggressive lecture and the end product. I am writing these comments to remind the owner that customer service is an art that comes with practice. Definitely we are never going back to this place again."
