"I have been here a few times and while pricey and not the best customer service, they were close to home and convenient. Last few times I went the customer service got worse rather than better!! When I come in a hour and half before closing they say come back tomorrow they busy when it was two working ladies on one customer and a 3rd working lady finshing up a gel manicure. How can you not accommodate a manicure and pedicure; like isn’t this your job!?? This place should ONLY take appointments as they are never available when you need them or during regular business hours. This has happened to me 3 times now in the past few months.. I WILL NOT BE BACK!! Rosie is rude, another lady smells like cigarettes and I’m a server so I always tip more than 20% or atleast $10 for EVERY service.. You lost a customer, and Im at Ruby nails now, they were also closing in a hour with 3 people ahead and STILL accommodated me..!! Better, more friendly shop and free drinks over here!!"

"I wish I could give 0 stars. The Nail Tech Nancy, I think her work is fairly good. But she lost me as a client when she STOLE from me! And she knows what she did! But I have moved on and found a better Nail Tech that’s worth a $20 tip every visit. Thank you Nancy for pushing me to a better Nail tech that serves me better, and with a smile…and surprisingly she knows who you are Nancy…. It’s always someone else that’s better than you. And FYI I saw my cutter in your cart. God has forgiven you for stealing, so I have to forgive as well…blessings Nancy."

"I came here to get my nails painted. They insisted shellac. They were speaking in their own language. And at the end of the day I was charged $15 plus I gave the lady a $5 dollar tip. 4 days later I come to see if I can a refund or get my nails fixed. Who knows what they say to each other in therj language. As I sat down she said my nails were old. I immediately left and told her I will take my business else where. This is ridiculous. You are better going off to london nails down passing Bellaire."

"I wish I could give a zero star,went in today to test them out since i am new in the area,the nail looks like my 10 year old did it,and my hand was butchered and hurt,I got blood on my finger for a simple manicure. I even called twice before writing this review just to speak with them first so they can do better but no one picked up Update…. So I went back in today because all my nail peeled off after less than 24hours of visit and I was told it because it’s regular,they were so rude and wasn’t even ready to talk to me,who owns this shop because I just don’t get why there is no leadership here not to talk of the terrible service"
