"I have grown to love this store since I moved to Texas 3years ago. Always have just about everything I'm looking for and go out of their way to have many special items out for your pleasure. If I had one complaint, it would be that they are switching name brands to their store brands, but so are all the other stores. Maybe someone will open a store with nothing but name brands."
"The best grocery store chain that exists in the US as far as I am aware. It has its own merch for its store brand products that customers buy for their houses. Anyone hanging Walmart logos on their Christmas trees? If so based but HEB is TX good."
"We use the Curbside service frequently, and are very happy with the groceries, and the store. Only complaint is that the store allows walk in customers to ignore the signs and park in the curbside parking and leave their car. This makes it where you have to circle the parking lot until someone comes back to leave. I wish this would be addressed by the store manager, but so far they have not done anything about it."
"Good location. Convenient. Same high level of service as is the hallmark for this chain. I hope they never lose that touch. This isn’t one we frequent but we occasionally stop here when in the area. Well kept, clean, organized. It seems busy almost all the time but parking has never been a problem for us. Now I’m wondering why we don’t go here more often?"
"i’ve often wondered why the ice cream at this store is so sticky on the outside of the container and on the inside looks as if it’s been melted. The outside of the containers are often dented in, as if they’re being dropped. But then I came in to the store one evening and saw stacks of ice cream sitting on the floor waiting to be stocked. I was in that store for more then a half hour and that ice cream just sat there. Update: Four months after posting this review I decided to I share photos to back my claims. Obviously, management still doesn’t care or take pride in their store. Update #2: Days after the store’s response, ice cream is still left on the floor unattended to melt. Update #3: Almost a year later, and H-E-B is still doing the same thing. Their recent Crème Brûlée addition is melted. Who wants to buy ice cream that’s been melted? HEB, you just lost a sale."
