"This place is amazing in terms of getting you seated quickly and the hours are super helpful. I’ve been here many times and every time request Danny because of his technique and consistency. He really does get it right every single time and I’ve referred a lot of people here because of him. However, I went to this location yesterday to get two nails fixed and a refill and was extremely disappointed. I was okay with seeing someone other than Danny because I was in a rush and it was just a refill. The other tech asked if I wanted the same color to which I replied yes. I noticed that the nails were very patchy but I didn’t mind because the highlighter yellow is very hard to work with. When I get home I realized that the nails aren’t glow in the dark like my previous set. I called to ask how this can be fixed and after being on hold for a while was told it was a miscommunication issue and that it would be $30 to fix them even though my refill and fixed nails were $40… It doesn’t make sense for me to have to pay almost twice the amount I should’ve just to get something so simple. Not to mention how much longer the middle finger is than the rest and how patchy the pointing finger is. This is the second time I have a bad experience with a different tech."
