"My experience today in this store left sour grapes in my mouth. The lady at the register who says she was the manager was uncouth, rude, disrespectful and highly despicable. If this is how to run a business then it’s a a bad example."

"My 1st time visiting this branch and I was positively surprised by the staff (friendly and professional), environment and what they have on offer, nice! My only complaint is that I was unable to use my rewards card hence I could not claim benefits after making a huge purchase....this is in the only reason I am giving y'all 3 stars. I just called to speak with the manager and depending on how they resolve this, the star ratings will go up or down. Judging by my interactions with them, I expect a v favorable resolution and my stars rating of them will go up, we shall see. Stay tuned. Cheers"

"The first time I visited this store I fell in love with their Moi-Moi and Asun, fast forward to the second visit it was not that good, but I gave a benefit of doubt. Following visit I was still hoping for a change but tonight I’m giving up. Like seriously,I wish there was a way I could have tasted the moi-moi I brought home from the store tonight, only God knows how long it has stayed in the fridge. It wasn’t blended smoothly, not mixed right and above all it’s extremely sour. Ah! To think I spent my hard earned money to buy 6 of those! As for the Asun which is meant to be a peppered meat,I do wonder who sold them the idea of making Asun with grounded pepper and just topping up with onion. Please how does that make Asun? And you are selling that a whopping $9.99 The meat is as dry as anything,it’s like putting onion on fried meat and anyone can do that, stop swindling people of their hard earned money in the name of Asun, you can erase that from the menu if you can’t get the cook to do the right thing. I enjoyed the fried Tilapia and yam, spent money buying other cooked food like jollof rice, spaghetti and asaro and I’m seriously praying I don’t get disappointed again with those. PS: it’s 4:11 am I can categorically tell you that I’ve been purging since 2:30am. Please restaurants are meant for freshly made foods,if your food is not fresh, you have no business selling it to people.stop giving people food that have stayed for days or weeks in the freezer. The fact that we are Africans doesn’t make us animals please."

"Edit: Reduced star down to 2. You can't use your debit/credit card unless you buy something up to $10. I mean this isn't 2003 and Farmer's Market isnt a small franchise, if a small franchise like God's Glory can take card for $4 purchases, why can't Southwest? Plus their Puff-puff is way too oily."

"Bought 3 loaves of bread (made on site). My kids ate some for breakfast, it was my turn and I took one bite from the same loaf and instantly noticed a strange and unpleasant taste, tasted like some sort of chemical was added to the mix. I nearly cried, my kids just ate chemicals for breakfast. The other 2 smelt like bug spray. Imagine cooking for the general public and being so reckless and unsafe in preparation standards…I blame myself for patronising this shop, after the atrocious “customer service” received in the past. It’s enough."
