"My nails were ok. The guy who did them was obviously sick and non personal. I called to see how much a refill was first. Of course they added $3 more ro the quote for no unknown reason. I tip anyway because I am kind. Honestly, I am over these places nail shops and thier antics! I would say don't bother going."

"Worst CUSTOMER SERVICE. I should have asked for prices 1st. But was charged 23 for Shellac Nail Polish only no pedicure. And 38 for Short Full set Powder. I usually go to OMBRE but they were busy. OMBre also gives u a free drink. Will NOT GO BACK. Oh the guy cut my finger and messed up my nail. Oh and the place has spider webs. I should have read other reviews. But the looks of it, they screw people around"

"I am extremely saddened to write this review because I have had great nail sets from here but not great customer service. Having such a terrible experience on my birthday was the last straw. -Told by the owner to go somewhere else because I'm picky and sensitive -Placed green antiseptic on my hands due to cuts -Implied I was a difficult client when all I get is nude, pink, clear, or French-tip nails -Felt insulted after being a loyal customer for many years by Owner Kathy who told me I complain too much when they cut me, and I need to go find a salon that doesn't cut me. (BTW, this was the first time I said something because I kept getting cut and multiple fingers were bleeding) Felt very uncomfortable as the technicians kept looking at me and talking amongst themselves while I was being spoken to like this. -Owner Kathy was aggressive with my hands while filing as she was talking to me. Visibly annoyed that she had to do my nails. -At a certain point told me to read their paper about no refunds after you leave and the policy on fixing nails etc. -Got cut on my skin multiple times -Been a client for four years + and gave them several chances -Love how my nails turn out when the male technicians do it. The two guys do amazing. -Accused me of intentionally filing/messing/ruining my nails when fixing broken nails a few days later because acrylic was laid thin. -My only regret is not taking pictures of bleeding skin and not recording the owner, Kathy saying rude things to me. -Very unfortunate because I have been going here for years, and by far the worst experience I have ever had among some questionable visits with this nail salon. They did fix my nails, but I was genuinely upset that entire day."
