"Went to this place first time since I was in the area… So as my last time… so far this is one of the least pleasant experience I’ve got hot stone pedi, to start of they are somewhat rude, the lady cut and pull my nail way too deep and didn’t apologize their price book says 6 min sugar scrub and 6 min hot stone massage she spent exactly one min each time on each leg when I mentioned she just massage one leg with stone little longer it’s funny-sad I got that service due to a long day last thing I needed getting stressed over a pedi. I brought up at the counter upon checking out it still no apologize. Paid cash asked for the receipt and he said he can write one since it’s cash. Well I know where I am not coming back."

"$65 for small French nails !!!!! SUCH A SCAM !!!! I been coming here for years and now I’ll NEVER return !! I have never paid this much for something so simple !! Plus my thumb got cut and now it burns , i got ripped off !! DONT EVER COME HERE ! they will SCAM YOU"

"I went to this place after going back in November. I really like Tammy and she was very friendly so I decided to go back. I was charged $140 for a pedicure and a full set. I paid and left a $20 tip but questioned why it was so much this time when I had spent $129 last month. The owner refused to acknowledge that I was showing him my bank statement and continued to tell me he doesn’t know what I had been charged for last time. I showed him pictures of my toes and nails and also added that I had my eyebrows done that day as well and continued to tell me that my nails were $70 and my toes were $70 it made no sense. I was not trying to be a “Karen” or make a scene but I really didn’t appreciate that I was being treated like I didn’t know what I was talking about. Even after showing him pictures he said no, no. I won’t be going there again. When I was asked by a classmate how much I paid for my nails before even explaining the situation, I told her $70 and I was embarrassed when she responded oh no those nails do not look worth $70. As far as your the reply from the owner… no I am not confused the photos I posted are the same design."
