Sam has phenomenal attention to detail, humor, and is the main reason I look forward to my appointment every few weeks. She helps me pick my colors based on the events of the month and has made several very helpful decisions in helping me develop healthier nails which is insanely appreciated given I know next to nothing about it. In terms of the environment, it’s so clean and vibrant without ANY smells of harsh chemicals which has always been an issue for me as a someone that struggles with migraines from strong smells. Everyone is kind, welcoming, and I’ll continue to love my membership every month!"

Very clean, I didn’t feel rushed, they did an amazing job and I didn’t feel pressured to buy things I’m not interested in or feel like they were talking crap about me. "My experience here is definitely not worth the money/ your time at all!!! Please don’t go here!!! The girl that did my nails Kelly was a sweet heart so no hate on her. It doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing at this nail salon because I got gel X nail extensions when the girl was doing my nails, she literally used a nail filer that you can buy from the dollar tree to takeoff my gel, that I had from a previous salon, while she continue to do the gel X extensions, they felt soft and almost bridled. I let her know that if that was normal feeling for the nails and she said yes and continued. When she finally finished the nails, she said to be careful with the nails because they could pop off… She mentioned I had to wait 24 hours and not soak my hands in water which I did… I was almost confused because I’m about to pay over $100 for these nails and I would expect my nails to last at least two weeks…. Finally after 2 HOURS the girl had finished my nails and I liked them but I didn’t like how soft they felt so I went up to the front to pay and they had charged me twice for my service. I asked if the manager was around and the girl at the front said she was not around, but that she would let the manager know what was going on. When I went home that night I didn’t soak my nails in water. I didn’t even do any heavy, lifting nothing… The next day when I went to work, I saw that my nail popped off… This is ridiculous because I would expect that the service they are giving you would last you at least over 24 hours. Never coming here again don’t waste your money and your time."

"Great experience from the second I stepped in to the second I left . Elizabeth serviced my manicure and Brianna serviced my pedicure. Both did an amazing job. Cleanest nail salon experience from how they sanitize their tools to the nail polish they use. Very relaxing environment . They offer you a drink and a warm neck pillow. There’s no going back to other nail salons ."
