"I was racially profiled I came in to purchase some food at the taqueria I was told i had to pay the cashier before I could order .but as i waited for my order of 12 items 3 people after me just walked up order then stood in line to pay the . Sad that because I as white i had to pay first before I could order my food while Hispanic individuals can receive their food then pay. I have lived in Hispanic communities my entire life and felt very uncomfortable with how I was treated. Treat everyone the same don't treat people differently because of their skin tone."

"The kitchen at this market is a bit of a hit and miss. Consistency is what is needed with food and the system in place to order food is confusing. While at the food counter you can look at what you may want and be told to go to front of store and pay the cashier who has to look up at a list of plates and prices while being 30 yards away from where the actual food is. And if you would like tamales, then you have to find someone in the kitchen to come and take the tamales out of a glass container that has no description of which is pork, chicken or any other flavor and then you can go straight to cashier and pay for it and this particular container is in the produce section. Having worked in the grocery business I understand having certain system in place, but this system at this business is just confusing. Also, there seems to be a Spanish only language spoken here as most employees only communicate in that language."

"Worst customer service. Doesn't take years of being a customer service specialist to know that texting while working the cash register isn't exactly professional. Also, supposedly dishes from the restaurant are to be paid at the cash register and not the kitchen, which makes little sense when the kitchen attendants ignore paid customers and attend customers who not only arrived after but also haven't paid. But regardless of whether the employees are young or just new, the fault falls squarely on management--either for failing to establish or enforce the simplest standard of service. Try Fiesta or El Rancho."

"I've been coming here ever since they opened and I must say it was the best decision of my life they had a little one across the street and now they got this really big one three times its size and I can really say that I am very satisfied the employees there are very warm coming and I am always welcome there the employees there are very quick. Especially the employee there Cindy she has been there for a really long time and she used to work somewhere else before now I'm glad she is here. I love the food that they have here everything is always fresh in the meat here is amazing especially the prices.. you might go and it's your lucky day in the prices are very good. I recommend anybody to come here there will be very satisfied to make this the number one grocery shopping Mexican in Irving Texas more better than fiesta and cost Plus well to me they are number one right now you should go and find out."
