"I’ve been a client of Hawaii nails since the inception of the salon and never had a bad experience until today. I went in for a pedicure, manicure, and eyebrow wax. The initial start of the appointment went great, I sat in the pedicure chair, chose my color, and type of pedicure I wanted. As I was getting my pedicure started, another employee came and started taking the polish off my nails, I thought no biggie, it’s saving my girl some time for when she’s ready to do my nails. I was wrong. He proceded doing my manicure standing up at the pedicure chair, not a very relaxing experience, in my opinion. He proceeded to buff my nails, not even file them to shape, then cut my cuticles, my hands hadn’t even soaked in the water for a full minute. After he buffed my nails he started painting them, after I had discussed with my initial girl that I wanted a design on my nail. So as she’s doing my pedicure, he’s doing my manicure and has me contort my arms in different positions, because again he’s standing at the pedicure chair doing the manicure. He finished and left my nails with sharp edges and still unfiled, I had to ask her to file the sharp edges down. After the very NOT relaxing pedicure and very unprofessional manicure she then asks if I still want the design, um NO NO I DO NOT, then asks if I still want my eyebrows waxed, again NO, NOT AT ALL. Needless to say I will not be going back and spending my hard earned money for a lousy, not relaxing manicure/pedicure."

"I'll be coming over for over 5 yrs , i always get my nails done by Tommy and pedicure by Brian , they are both super good, awesome job , am very satisfied and I highly recommend"

"Horrible job on doing nails. My girlfriend was very excited to get her nails done for Halloween party we were suppose to attend this weekend. She provided a reference picture and told nail tech exactly how she wanted them. Only for the end result to be as far as possible from reference picture. To make matters worse you can’t even complain or ask for a refund because they make you pay before you start. No refund or exchanges?? Yea no wonder with that horrible job y’all do. Should be ashamed and change the way you do business. Never coming back here again and it’s not even the first time they do this. Save yourself time and money and go somewhere else. Just look at their reviews."

"Communication level on prices was not communicated I went in for a fill-in end up paying 60 dollars because I changed the color I had... The tech was not patient she was rushing and even told me she had to go so someone else will finish my nails due to me trying to figure out what color best suits my nails. 1st time here and it was not a good experience... I came in with a ombre style and left with this due to I didn't like the colors I picked out and being rush due to them about to be close smh....."
