Welcome to The Arise Gym, located at 19701 Alfalfa Drive in Lago Vista, Texas, United States. Our gym is dedicated to promoting health and wellness through a variety of training programs tailored to your individual needs.
At The Arise Gym, we offer a range of programs designed to help you improve your strength, coordination, and confidence. Our cheerleading classes focus on fostering teamwork, leadership, and athleticism, while our gymnastics classes help you build strength, flexibility, and coordination. We also offer Ninja Warrior training to help you build mental resilience and agility.
For the little ones, we have Mommy and Me classes for ages 1-3 and Pre-K classes for ages 4-5, providing engaging instruction in a safe and fun environment. Kids and parents alike will love our "Kids' Night Out" every Friday, where kids can enjoy games and group activities while parents enjoy a date night.
Saturday party bookings at The Arise Gym provide a fun-filled experience for kids, with access to our full facility including a bounce house and more. Be sure to reserve your spot in our spring and summer camps to stay connected with all the fun activities we have to offer.
The Arise Gym is owned and operated by Amy Hobson, a Jesus-loving homeschool mom with a passion for gymnastics and cheerleading. With years of experience in coaching and competing, Amy is dedicated to helping every child grow in skill and character to make a positive impact on the world.
