"We had a very good experience with the good and honest folks at Bastrop Flooring & Granite. We built a Custom Home here in Bastrop and Araceli at Bastrop Flooring & Granite came highly recommended through our builder. They did our counter tops, backsplash, shower and bath tile and sinks. She was extremely patient with us and met with us no less then 3 times, each time for more then an hour, sometimes after she was supposed to close for the day. At no point we felt rushed to make our choice. She was very accommodating and friendly, offering many useful inputs about current styles, product performance and color recommendations. Another thing we liked is she never tried to upsell us on more expensive products once we told her we are trying to stay within our builders allowance. The only thing we upgraded was the granite. We went with a lighter quartz and it really makes our entire space shine! The price was very fair for what we got. They came and did the work when they told us they will and the result was spectacular. The kitchen island turned out much better then we ever thought it will and everything is straight and very professionally done. Amazingly honest costumer service, fair price and awesome quality, what else do you need?! We definitely recommend Bastrop Flooring & Granite and Araceli and will recommend them to anyone that need granite work."
