"I have NEVER left a review before but I will for my experience here. I got there at 4:30 picked out my color got my dip soaked off and then the guy put tips on. At 5 two girls walked in with appointments and he rudely said you’ll have to wait they had appointments. Then he made me take my extensions off myself and never said sorry. DONT ACCEPT WALK INS IF YOU CANT HANDLE IT."

"I’m not even sure if I want to come back. These classic French tips were a last resort because the nail tech couldn’t do my inspo picture (blue French tips). I had previous came here a week ago and got flawless acrylic toes done by Julie but sadly she wasn’t here today. I settled for another technician and was extremely disappointed. Some of the tips are different sizes, most and almost all my nails are leaning on my right hand, and the nails themselves aren’t even shaped right. The male nail tech seemed to be a little impatient and I had to constantly correct him. The middle nail on the right has this hump while the middle nail on the left is smooth and flat. I’m not picky but I did just spend $100. Extremely disappointing experience"

"This place is rundown and unclean. The service was very disappointing. Nail tech didn’t want to clean up around my nail bed after she was done. She Made them too wide and I asked to file on the sides, got charged an extra $5 for that. I was provided a drink while she was getting old color off, and it got in my drink. She told me it was fine to just drink it. I would not recommend this place."

"this is why i hate trying new salons. yesterday after work i came to this salon so i could remove the rest of my gel x nails since a couple of them had already fallen off. when i get there they are busy and the lady says i have to wait, which is fine because i was not in a rush. they tell me i can choose my gel color since i wanted to get gel polish on my natural nails. the lady then tells me to sit down and they have the bowl with acetone there for me already. i ask if i could get my nails cut lower before i put them in the bowl, because that is what every salon i’ve been to does. so the guy comes over and helps clip the gel x extension nails lower. its been about 5 minutes of me soaking my nails in the acetone. (also the water was very hot) but i didn’t want to say anything since they were busy. the lady then comes up to me and says they are busy so they can’t do my nails right now. i was confused and said no worries it’s okay since my nails are still soaking so i don’t mind waiting. but she meant that they can’t do my nails at all. they close at 7:30pm and it was around 5:30pm so i wasn’t understanding what the issue was. i found it very unprofessional for them to sit me down, cut my nails, then tell me to leave. i’ve never experienced anything like that before at a salon. i will never come back to this salon again. thankfully i was able to go to City Nails that’s about 6 minutes away and they did my nails without any complications. I would recommend going there instead!"
