"Horrible service, horrible horrible service, nail techs jacked up my hands then in the middle of pedicure and them addressing my hands, they drop my phone in water. My phone is not working at this time. I tried to communicate this to the manager and he said I still had to pay, and that if I was unsatisfied that sit down on another Tech so they can fix my nails but still have to pay full service. I will not be going there again. They did not even offer to help pay to fix my phone then when I call to let them know how bad my phone I gotten the technician said or the assistant manager should I say said that it’s our responsibility to take care of our phone and that we still would pay for the second tech to fix my nails because it’s the time that they taking to fix the nails , this doesn’t make sense. These people like to put us on blast because we complain about their service and the nails and expect us to pay double for their wrongdoing. This is just not right this nail technicians are getting away with robbery."

"I cannot recommend this business for nail polish removal. I had nice gel nails for an event, and it was easier to get them removed professionally than try the at home route. The total process took less than 15 minutes, they charged $10, and I gave the woman $5 extra because the first person the manager had asked to remove the polish refused. I now have to use some acetone to get the rest of the polish remnants off, buff my nails so they are smooth, and file them properly at home. I regret tipping the employee for mediocre work. For almost $1 a minute, their work should be better. I will stick to going to Dallas for any manicures or nail polish work in the future. Grand Prairie locations of course provide Grand Prairie quality, which is to say - not much. About a week later, and my nails are struggling to recover. They are so thin and brittle from the awful job this woman named “Nina” did that they have bent and hurt often. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I wish I could get my money back. What a waste."
