"I absolutely love Zen! I can’t speak for the other nail techs but she’s great. She never gets offended or rude if I ask her to fix something and is very accommodating. For my daughter, I don’t always have Zen do them but it’s a simple polish for her and I’ve never had an issue with the other techs who do hers. They usually offer her a slushie and this time they offered her cotton candy. I’m knocking off one star for the guys at the front. They are very nice but they have a bad habit of constantly forgetting to bring you a drink after they offer you one or they forgot to offer one at all and when you ask, they say yes but still don’t bring it."

"I recently visited Epic Nails & Lash Bar for the first time to get my nails done. My regular nail lady is out of town so I thought I’d try a new nail place that had good reviews. I am growing my nails out so I usually get a dip manicure and never had any issues in the past. I got serviced by Tracy and the service was horrible. She kept nipping my cuticle bed with that mechanical nail drill and when the service was over I had black nail dip everywhere and under my nails which really hurts and feels uncomfortable. The service was a complete mess. I understand people have their days but if you can't do the job especially if a dip manicure is $50 then have someone else step in and help. I am not satisfied at all and will not be going back…..And this is coming from someone who works as a service provider."

"I had been looking for a new place to go to, I’ve never had a steady spot but I must say I am looking forward to visit Epic Nails again! I booked an appointment with Zen as she has many glowing reviews and very well deserved! She is amazing and makes sure you are walking out with nails you love! My boyfriend also got a pedicure and enjoyed his service unfortunately we did not catch her name. All of the staff we encountered was helpful and nice."
