"HORRIBLE NO GOOD VERY BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! Seriously RUN!!!! The owner is the worst of them all. My tech had an amazing personality but awful job on the nails. My entire fingertip on both sides were colored in addition to my nail. I appointed it out and he attempted to fix it but was jabbing my skin w/the cuticle cutter & I couldn’t take the pain anymore. My friend insisted that I told the front desk cashier who was the owner. She profusely apologized and shamed the job & said she would fix it. She attempted to fix the botched job with a drill and cut me to the point of bleeding!!!!!!!!! I was still bleeding when I left!!!! She couldn’t fix them so she passed me off to someone who who did the best she could without hurting me and doing them all over. She told me not to pay for it and only pay for my pedicure. She and another girl begged the owner to not make my pay for such a horrible experience. She didn’t budge and that’s fine. Honestly, I was not expecting that but I did think a 10% discount , an invite to return for a better experience … my 4 year old got her toes painted which was $20. Could’ve made that $10 or comped it. Let’s be clear, it wasn’t a pedicure. Didn’t even trim or file or toes. Be real. Overall, I left with a botched job that included bleeding and nothing but a thank you sorry from the owner. Unprofessional and GREEDY!!!! I would never EVER EVER recommend this place."
"The place is pretty and that’s it. The service is slow, I asked for dipping powder for my regular nails and the job was bad. The nails are uneven, the top coat is not shinny and I have too many waves in my nails. The prices are right if they give what you ask for but I asked for a gel powder on my regular nails. At check out she charged me for Solar nails. I’m confused. So we went from $38 to $50 because you let the paint dry under the light? Isn’t that how all nails are done? Ok don’t go here…"
