"Terrible experience for myself and staff who were hired to install professional audio and lighting. When we got there the A/C was off, we couldn't find a power source or a breaker and in order for it to be activated, it had to be activated by an electrician. My staff and I were overheated the whole time making our eexperience unbearable. Also be ready to deal with rude managers and staff and we were told the party ends at 2:00 and we have to be out of the property at 3:00, our setup was not able to be taken down in an hour and that created issues for us and other people who were hired to do other services. Horrible experience in general and do not recommend this place to anyone!"

"Terrible experience with the owner. First, reception hall was not ready for us. A/C was off and it was super hot inside. Also, women's restroom had no handsoap and only 2 extra tissue rolls to refill 4 stalls. We had to go to store and buy them for ourselves. He yelled at my sister and i when he saw us trying to shut down the serving room shutters. When I expressed to him that he didn't have to speak to us that way, he was very dismissive. I told him about the restroom issues and explained we had bought them ourselves, he said "that's your problem ". He kept insisting there was soap, when clearly there was none. I had to physically go to dispenser and show him then he yelled at me to "not beak it". He turned on automatic hand dryer and said "see, there's tissue ". I was super confused about what he was trying to say, as he has somewhat of an accent. He is very arrogant and has such dismissiveness attitudes towards women, thats my opinion, as he didn't show that behavior towards my husband or brother in law. I wish I could have expressed my opinion to him but my sister feared he would shut party down. Therfore, i had to bite my tongue. Now i can express my opinion about how he runs his business, and warn potential customers to think twice about renting rhis hall. If you do, i would be ready to go head to head with him. Because he has terrible customer service. My sister was a paying customer and he was not providing good service."
