"here’s the thing, my nail lady was super sweet and attentive so i did enjoy my experience here, but i came to just get French tips for $50 and was offered to add design and some jewel for like $20 more. Instead my total came to $90 and honestly the designs and French tips were a sloppy job and the jewels already came off after a week. I believe i was overcharged for the nails i got. If I’m paying $90 I’d like to get nails that look close to prefect."

"I wish they listened to the customers. I have two broken nails , not even 3 weeks in to having the nails. One is a very bad break. Vikki insisted on using my natural nails instead of gluing on fake ones. She kept saying they were long enough to which I responded that they may be long enough but they weren't strong enough. I know my nails. I gave up on going back and forth with her, I should never have to talk someone it something I want especially when I'm paying. Never again."

"came to this nail salon for a relaxing mini spa day with my bestie, & the service was nice, we were kindly greeted & the experience was relaxing. the techs were sweet, but lazy when it came to my nails. my pedicure was nice though. i waited forever for someone to finally be able to do my nails & when they finally got to me they rushed my service. after just 2 days my gel nails started chipping off paint, & my natural nails were not taken care of underneath. i stated i wanted a dip but she proceeded to just paint over my nails & didn’t even remove the color i had before. if it weren’t for this i would’ve left a better review. other than that the front desk guy was nice & he gave me extra complimentary wine to accommodate the long wait time."

"I absolutely love this place and I won’t give any other business my money! Our go to nail tech is KAY, she is so sweet and really pays attention to detail, she always takes her time and makes sure you like what she is doing. My daughter flys in from Florida to get her nails done because she really only trusts Kay to do her nails, every single time we’ve been here her nails have come out perfect and we never feel rushed. The front staff is also very nice, this location is cozy and welcoming and I would recommend this place to everyone!"
