"Since the new staff started a few months ago, the service has suffered tremendously. Several times, I've arrived to pick up my will call orders after the time they said it would be ready and they haven't pulled it and I have to sit there and wait. But for some reason, instead of pulling my order, the woman working in the warehouse feels compelled to come to my truck door while I'm on the phone with a client to interrupt me and ask me what I want instead of pulling my order. Did they change their policy or forget what will-call means? Also, before this year, I've never had to call over and over again for several minutes trying to get an answer to make an order. Lastly, the new staff doesn't seem to know the products near as well is the previous staff. It's just not the same well oiled machine anymore."
