"Went to purchase shingles and the customer service at Round Rock, TX location was absolutely horrific. Chelsea one of the customer service managers was rude, standoffish, and not knowledgeable. I could hear her snickering comments in the back to her manager about the questions that I need answered. Completely disorganized and disrespectful to paying customers. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy to this place. Go anywhere else !!"
"Unloaded here, office staff and forklift drivers are friendly, watched a crane load/unload training while i waited to unload, the best course ive seen yet- not just how to move stuff but how to navigate! Got here at 10:15, was empty and out the gate by 10:45"
