Giggles and Fun Indoor Playground

"Don’t recommend. Not worth the money. The listing stated that they would have party hosts, set up, clean up, & nothing was provided. The girls at the front tried to over charge me & when I corrected them they tried to tell me I was wrong. Had to show them invoice that was provided even though they are the ones who sent it to me. I contacted management to resolve the issue as I did not receive the services they said were provided where I was told to send an email & call the manager & I did that & still no response was given. I contacted them several times & had to go through their other location just to speak to someone. I would not throw another party here EVER! Not worth a dime of my money. You’re better off having a party at the park or McDonalds."

"i had my daughters 2nd birthday party here and the only thing I liked about having it here is the kids had fun. The staff were my biggest issue. They just stare at you when you walk in and not say a word. So unwelcoming. They are always in the office area they don’t care to check up or ask if you need anything the only thing the assigned party host was good at doing is letting me know I had 10 minutes to clean up. When I asked if I can get my cake from the fridge my husband and i waited outside the room they had it in and they left the door cracked open and they were just taking their time and playing around in the room. They don’t know how to handle money either. I handed them my remaining balance in cash with tip and I don’t know why the girl was confused about the amount I handed her but all 3 of the girls there were telling her what to do with it and they were just going back and forth about it and laughing as I’m just waiting to make sure it’s done right. They said it’s fine I’m good to go. I pass by again and they tell me I have a balance .. like how ?!? But okay I didn’t want to deal with them anymore so I just paid it I was very done with talking to them. They’re act so childish and unprofessional. But all the kids had fun it’s a good place to have them play. Don’t book a party here save yourself the stress and hassle."

"We loved our experience at Giggles and Fun. It was my daughter's 2nd birthday party. we rented the facility for the afternoon slot. the decorations were top-tier! I even had extra decor and the staff hopped right in to help me set everything up. better than I expected, reading the reviews. the place is smaller than most bounce houses...but this is not meant to be like a bounce house play zone. if you're having a party and not renting the entire space... highly suggest a weekday. I can see how it can get crowded on weekends. I bought pizza from them and brought a little food from home. The pizza eventually got cold but it was a kid's party so it was fine. almost forgot, I had a dinosaur vendor come...we thought we’d have to cancel because it was too big. the owners stepped in and found space to make sure the event happened as planned!"

"We have been there today for a birthday party. This is great for ages 1-6 yr old. They have a lot of activities for kids like clubhouse, boutique(they can dress like characters), hardware store, grocery store, slides and few picnic benches for parents."
