"Wow what a company!!! Actually, I'm referring to James Lee! The Elim A Dent light is so well known in the pdr world I don't really have to mention how great it is. I bought one a year ago based on all the reviews I heard on podcasts and saw on YouTube. I want to acknowledge the man behind the company - James Lee for his stellar customer service! Disclosure: I am extremely new to PDR. Only a year into it and offering pdr as a complimentary service as a mobile detailer. When I started into pdr I bought a garbage starter set on Amazon and realized if I was going to be serious I had to step up my game and start buying nothing but the best. The Elim A Dent light was my first serious upgrade and everything about it was like night and day from the cheap line board I started with. So... I purchased one of his version 2 lights about a year ago and its been amazing. What I've been missing with it is I'm a half fog, half line kind of guy. So recently I purchased a new lens with lines on it. Shortly after the purchase I got a message from James regarding an issue with the lens he was about to ship me. It was a barely noticeable defect he was concerned about that would have been hidden by the light frame anyway. However James was straight forward with me and when he shipped it after some back and forth discussions via email he included extra lenses and extra decals so I can experiment and make my own line configurations as I'm still learning what I like. He's always on top of any questions I have and is willing to take the time to offer quality and thoughtful responses. I highly recommend James and Elimadent, it's hard now days to find a company that offers the level of service James does. Also, his LED light boards are top of the line and super durable!"

"I give zero stars, I bought two pdr lights, one came broken. I emailed James Lee who has been sending me non stop emails thanking for my order cause my order was almost 800 dollars for the two lights He never return my email, and when calling the store and leaving messages nobody respond, they don't pickup their phone. Very poor customer service, I will never order from Elim a Dent again, terrible terrible"
