"By far one of the worst cvs I’ve ever been to which is not saying much because all of the pharmacies are atrocious. Today I went into pick up a prescription and was told it would be ready in 30 min by employee. I get back and had to wait in line for another 30 min because all of the employees move without a care in the world just to be told they don’t have the prescription. I have wasted over an hour of my time today to not get my prescription."

"This location has been critically understaffed for over a year. It’s not uncommon to wait 35 minutes in line to pick up a prescription. Avoid! Plenty of other faster pharmacies in the area."

"This pharmacy has twice dispensed the wrong dosage of medicine for a critically ill child with a heart condition and mechanical valve. This last time they dispensed 5mg tablets when they were supposed to be 1mg. We have to combine tablets for his dose (1mg + 5mg for 6mg total) and it appears they just put the same pills in both bottles. So instead of our child getting a 6mg dose, he would have been getting 10mg. This could literally kill him. We realized the markings were off and had to immediately get labs done because he had received a dose before we caught the error. Thankfully we stopped it sooner than later and mitigated harm done. We will be moving pharmacies asap and filing a complaint with the appropriate overseeing agencies. We will also have to call and get this fixed because we are short 1mg tablets. Incredibly frustrating."

"This particular location is the worst. I had to stay in line two times, 20 minutes each time. I gave them a call before to check when my prescription would be ready and arrived at the specified time. I was waiting in line for the second time 45 minutes after I arrived because the first time they kept me in line just to tell me my prescription was not ready. So they make you go and wait in line for the second time. There was a woman who had to wait for two and a half hours for her prescription to be finally completed for her. And guess what when I got to the counter for the second time they asked all the same questions they did in the first run. The whole process seems out of order and chaotic."

"Please hire more staff or provide more hours for the current staff at the pharmacy at this location. The wait in line is always ridiculous. I'm trying to help out by going inside to stand in line but the average wait in line is over 20 minutes. The staff does a wonderful job and no concerns there. Management needs to hire more staff or provide more hours. I have tried all different times of day and it's ALWAYS busy."
