"Had them install granite under 1 year ago, it came unglued. Contacted them to request they fix it and they said “it just liquid nails”. We’ve been told for the past two weeks someone would be out to fix it, still nothing. Phone calls go unreturned. Went in person, they said they’re just super busy. We have our granite sitting with chairs under it hoping it doesn’t fall and break in the meantime. They’re great when they want the sale though!"

"Granite Radiance was awesome! They were very patient with us while we were trying to decide on the slab of granite. There are so many to choose from and we went back and forth several times. Marc showed us what they had at their yard and gave us great ideas. When it came time to measure, Carlos showed up on time and had great suggestions as to the corner radius and edging of the countertops. He has a lot of experience and an eye for what will look good. "These guys are exceptional. We did a complete remodel of our master bath – everything except the tile floor - and boy do we love the final result. This involved a demo of the shower, garden tub and cabinets and mirror. We turned the old shower into a closet and made the garden tub area into a zero threshold walk in shower. Before deciding to use Granite Radiance we talked with and went to see some of their completed work in the area. This gave us the confidence that we were making the right decision.
