"Another great experience with Joy Walker!! As I work to complete the final stages of my bathroom remodel after having joy assist me with the big ticket items such as floor and tile, she began assisting me with the finer details of the project..mirrors, handles, lighting. This is what begins to transform the room from the most basic to elevated. I didn’t know what to expect since the bigger parts of my project were complete, but Joy continues to amaze with her level of customer service. I returned to select mirrors, lighting, faucets etc. I have one more visit from the contractor to complete (cabinet handles etc) but will add the next photos."

"We land in this place almost weekly. Great verity and inspirational tiles, stones and floorings. The folks here at the ProCounter are extremely helpful too. If you go to the back hallway, the clearance tiles will blow your head off. Furthermore, if you are either a Pro or a Customer of a Pro go to the ProCounter located right next to the pickup area. Ask for Cristal Puente, a service associate that gives her absolute best to guide, and support you with your project needs. Frankly, only highly service oriented people like Mrs. Puente will be able to deliver service like she does. Why? Because I don’t come to this store with easy tasks and challenges, yet she answer with knowledge and a smile. Thanks for what y’all do. The support is greatly appreciated."

"This was the most stressful thing my husband and I had ever been through. We went to bed early, and a clean water pipe broke in the night. We woke to two and 1/2 inches of water all over our house except the master bedroom. Water was water falling out the front and backdoors. When I met Joy Walker I was crying. She was kind and thoughtful and I was so blessed to have her helping me. I feel like she was picked by God to be in our life. She calmed me down and showed me alternatives. We previously had engineered hardwoods, when we shopped I wanted marble. It was very expensive but when it got here it was many different colors. The colors went from dark beige or brown to a white. I hated it. She got involved and got the supervisor installing and had him come and look. He agreed with me. So we sent the marble back. She helped me decide on the floor I have and I LOVE IT!!! It is gorgeous!!! Here are pictures of my house. We are still moving things back in. I will never forget her. She will be our friend for life. And I have told everyone I know and all my neighbors about Floor Decor!!!"

"Joy helped me create the most luxurious bathroom. My contractor was able to begin my project within four days of the quote. I scheduled a one hour consultation at floor and decor, and was fortunate to get Joy as my designer. After showing a few inspiration pictures and pics of my bathroom, she began to pull samples that reflected the design I had in my mind. Joy took the time to discuss different elements to keep in mind such as grout color etc. Joy also recommended a beautiful large tile that had me a little hesitant. She showed me other options but after working with her and watching my vision come to life thru her pulling of materials, I decided just to trust her. She clearly knew what she was doing. After my selections were made, she helped me select the right color grout (something I would not have known mattered so much and likely would have let my contractor do. These differences elevated my design to new levels. Everything matches perfectly with seamless transitions. She went out of her way to ensure my order was placed correctly and delivered on time based on my contractors timeline. The floor is one of my favorite choices and makes this bathroom. I have never remodeled a room in this way..replacing floors, tile, redesigning shower/tub, paint, new cabinets and fixtures. Joy took the fear out of this project and has been a support each step of the way. Her eye for design is on point..I feel so fortunate to have found her! Floor and decor contacted my regularly to ensure I was happy with the process and to offer customer service. This is a big box type store but with a boutique feel for service. I couldn’t be happier and will be using this store, and hopefully Joy if I’m lucky enough, to remodel my kitchen next. THANK YOU JOY!! Work still in progress..but photos show the beauty!!"
