"Beginning of summer 2023, I purchased a membership for my toddler. I thought $10 a month is a really great deal. They had just added the new playground with ball pit, which definitely made it worth the value. I watched closely over the summer-fall to see if they would keep up with it the cleanliness of the playscape, but they have not. Every time I went I was hopeful to I see it’s been deep cleaned. I’m not asking for it to be perfect each time. I understand that children running around constantly make a lot of mess but I’ve been to many playscape places and they keep it clean! I spoke to the manager about the issue on the phone once and then in person, he acted like he was going to get it taken care of, but never did. I’ve recently gone again and seen that they’ve done absolutely nothing! There is a piece of gum stuck to one of the slides that would need some goo gone or something to remove that’s been left for over three months and it’s really disgusting and I dont feel right about continuing on paying for a membership. I don’t even feel comfortable enough bringing my toddler to play! Every few days most surfaces should be being wiped off with a disinfectant cleaner in corners as well. It’s a breeding ground for hand, foot mouth and other bacteria, etc. It’s full of dust, hair and food in the cracks/corners of the steps, not to mention harder to reach areas are dusty and gross as well. I don’t know what else to do except for review them poorly. I canceled my membership and asked for a refund for the previous month and to not the charged for the end month charge, they obliged. Along with then playscape being gross, there are exposed trampoline springs where the protective mats and trampolines have not been tied together, as they are supposed to be for safety!! It only takes is one persons foot to slip in and get twisted or broken. There’s parts of exposed metal pieces with no safety coverings meeting as they should be where little hand could get cut! This place is just not being kept up and there seems to be no one taking pride in this business, I don’t know who owns it, but they’re not doing a very good job of maintaining it. There was one point during the summer that one of the trampolines had an entire hole in it, which is extremely dangerous and is a lawsuit waiting to happen due to negligence. The hole was not blocked off or taped up . It was just left like that for a month!! I can’t find my photo I took of it but It is fixed now and the manager told me that it took so long to fix because over the summer things are really busy and hard to get repaired and they have to custom order trampolines in order to get it repaired. I get order time, but it should’ve been blocked off in that area so that no injuries could occur! The staff are lazy and that’s just the truth of it. Hire a cleaning crew if that’s what is needed! My friend went recently which is 5 months later past this review and said it still hadn’t been cleaned. Wow!"

"Great place to bring your children if they like to jump and bounce. If you go during non peak hours, it's really nice because you have more space and fewer people. Large sitting area for parents. They serve food but nothing fancy, more like snacking items."

"Great indoor trampoline and adventure facility. Came for a neighborhood birthday party and was impressed with the friendly staff, clean surroundings, diversity of activities and overall fun had. Featuring an expansive selection of trampoline based actives from foam pits to dodgeball, the main court to basketball as well as a maze and rock wall. Well managed and supervised by friendly staff. While the food options are somewhat limited- they have a good selection of snacks and drinks. With various packages available you can play for 90, 120, or 180 minutes starting at $15.99 for 6 and under or $18.99 for open jump (as of September 2023). They have membership options and also host all inclusive events such as birthday parties and get togethers. Small selection of video games. Ample seating and dedicated party rooms are available with a party booking. Handicap parking and accessible building. Changing tables in the family restroom. Definitely on our list of places to visit again."

"Big trampoline park. Clean facilities. This was our very first time at this trampoline park and I purchased our tickets ahead of time online. Trying to check in up front a woman jumped ahead of us in line and the employee helped her before us. NOWHERE ON THE WEBSITE DOES IT STATE I NEEDED TO PURCHASE GRIP SOCKS!! I saw no option for that on the website while buying the tickets. I had no idea until after about 15 minutes of my kids playing my daughter came to me crying saying some man told her she couldn’t play on the trampolines because of her socks (she just had regular socks on). No employee came up to me to explain instead they told my 6 year old who came crying to me. Not a good way to handle the situation! So we purchased some socks (about 4 dollars per pair) Also the guy (a teenager) working there closed off the section where the foam pit and trapeze bar was. My son only got to try it once. I thought maybe he was going on a break but he was just walking around the jumping area. Definitely not a good first time experience here and for these reasons we will not return."

"Kids had fun at the Altitude Trampoline Park in Katy. I do like that there's a spot for smaller kids where they can have fun! A sitting or standing spot is avaliable so you can always keep an eye on your kids. The older kids enjoyed bouncing and the smaller activities like basketball and jousting. Can't comment on the food or drinks since we didn't purchase any. They have several picnic like benches with a large storage container for your shoes. We went around 1:30 pm and it was getting crowded especially when 3 pm rolled around. We had a small issue with people trying to take over our table when we participated in the activities, so you may want someone manning the table so no one takes it or your belongings. I can see this being great for bday parties or going when they are less busy. We might try early morning the next time... go when they first open up."
