"This place is a great little gem! Located right by the zoo and close proximity to downtown, the Japanese Tea Garden is a great place to hang out! The botanical gardens, fish, ducks, waterfall, and over construction of this place will have yountaking photos for hours. There are plenty of ramps if you can't tackle the stairs and there is free parking relatively close to the gardens. It's a "must-see" while visiting San Antonio!"

"It doesn't look like much as you walk up the steps, but when you get to the top- WOW! It is absolutely breathtaking! It is so beautiful, with nooks to sit in. It is so magical, it is definitely worth seeing. They have a place to sit and eat. Smells so good, tastes even better! Don't miss this!"

"Beautiful! We picked a day with gorgeous weather and came out to get some walking in and take some pictures. There is a path that you can walk or use a wheelchair on but if you have mobility issues obviously don't take the stairs or attempt to get close to the waterfall. We took my parents and they were able to carefully and slowly navigate the stairs and enjoy the scenery. It was a lovely time."

"A cute little place for you to get your day started in San Antonio. Since the place open up at around 7 AM, you can fit this into your itinerary easily. Cannot describe the place with a few words. Should definitely check it out if you’re in town visiting. It is also a great place for small events."

"This is one of my favorite places to visit in San Antonio. It is free to the public and so beautiful. It’s small but great for the whole family. There are stairs so probably not the best for people with major mobility issues but I do think there are areas that would be handicap accessible. It’s probably about a 1/4 mile hike. Perfect spot to enjoy and good location close to the airport, pearl, and zoo. You can also take some amazing pictures in this beautifully landscape haven."
