"Sometimes it is hit or miss at this store. Mostly it is great. Garden and lumber staff are awesome here. There were a zillion staff people here, impressive as this is the day Patricia is supposed to seriously rain out the Houston area and flooding will be likely. I asked a tool associate for help finding a tool to fit in an unusual looking screw. He shook his head, and said he probably didn't have it. He consulted a second associate who also dolefully shook his head. 15 seconds later, I found it myself. Had I not looked myself, I could not have proceeded with my weekend project. On the bright side, a very nice associate at checkout helped me check out."
