"Staff is friendly and respectful. Prices are descent. Just keep in mind you get what you pay for. If it's cheap more than likely it's made cheap. From my experience and opinion of course. Haven't had a great deal of longevity out of the hand tools. I'm in construction so I will pay more at home Depot for better quality that's just me!!! But if you're on a budget and it's convenient then go for it"
"All stores are always clean. Even the bathroom even though basic like from the 70s; maybe I expected too much. But the entire store (Pearland and Sugarland) is clean and dust free. Staff always helpful and know the products and sales. Do wish they did a veterans discount."
"I absolutely love this place, tools, tools, tools, and some more tools and without that high dollar charge. Every time I walk in there I'm either greeted @ door or within moments of walking down any isle I'm asked if there's anything I need help with. They even carry them little things you need in a last minute issue and never see out front anywhere else. Absolutely 05 Stars!!!"
