"One of the stringiest places you will every visit. I was told nothing could be done to assist me unless I brought my own supplies, including having my own pen, and paper. How does any paperwork get done here? If this is a public entity they fail. If this is a private place they are penny pinching. They left people to freeze out in 30 degrees weather because of security. Take note folks, you should be prepared for no assistance and even less kindness."
"I don't know how many reviews I made here but it's one of the best in the westside. This community center has many resources and I highly recommend if you need any financial counseling, needing clothes, assistance for families. Many other resources I can't say or it'll be a long review. I do want to mention that VITA services are here at this location during tax season and want to point out that the workers are the best, they work hard for the community and try to complete as many as possible. Have some patience with these workers, they're doing it free for you and your family."
