"It was a beautiful night last night for a some dancing to the Rocky King Band. My husband, my family, my friends and I try to make it out ti Anhalt for every dance we can. It’s one of the oldest dancehalls in TX. It’s an open air, barn style dancehall with some amazing architecture. I even did a YouTube video on the history of Anhalt because it intrigues me. If you haven’t been here, you should make a point at least once in your life! If you don’t dance, that’s okay. People watching is fun, too."
"I have been taking my girls to father-daughter dances here for years. It is a nice little place in a quiet, secluded area. It is clean and comfortable with ample space for a few hundred people. It's definitely not fancy but we like it"
