"Fever event was great, pictures are permitted at a stated point in the performance. Theater should have handles seating better. Over $50 a ticket advance purchase for 4 and we couldn't get seated together although we arrived early. Edit: thanks for response Josephine Theater, and since the theater was not responsible for event seating, I've adjusted my rating based on your customer service."

"We hosted an event at the Josephine. The day of our Christmas party, our venue (a tent rental company) cancelled and was unable to provide tents I had already paid in full for. The Josephine graciously hosted our company party with no notice, incredibly fair pricing and they went above and beyond to decorate and make it magical for our staff. I cannot express enough how much they saved the day or the absolute class they exhibited."

"Loved the performance. The theater itself was okay. I get it that it is an old building, but that is not much of an excuse for nasty restrooms. The staff was friendly and the candlelight concert was amazing. Nonetheless, we will go back in the future for other performances."

"What an amazing place! This theater has a history dating back to 1947, and even though it has been renovated, you can feel that history when you walk through the doors. It's an intimate setting, not too big, but not small either. The seats are comfortable, and there is a decent amount of space between the rows (score one for the tall guys). This theater hosts a few things. I first saw a play here about four years ago, and last night, I saw a Coldplay tribute by a string quartet...it was awesome! They have a full bar in the lobby, so you can catch a drink before the show...another bonus! Fellas, if you're looking for a nice date night idea, stop banging your head on the wall and try this place out. Bonus notes: 1. Parking is pretty good 2. Get there a little early though remember the bar... - The seating is first come, but it crowds up pretty quickly 3. There is usually someone urging you to fill in the seats from the center of the rows out. It's slightly annoying, but they do it for a good reason. 4. It's open seating, but honestly, there isn't a bad seat in the theater."
