"So I read the review from the person who lost there phone and just wanted to say that we have been coming to all the rush parks for years and it's funny we just renewed our waiver and in the first paragraph it says about losing items not to mention it is posted at the front about lost items. And not to mention having been to these parks and many other ones like it I always see people losing their items by either taking them onto ball pits or onto trampolines and just would like to say as a fellow guest just don't do it because when you lose it it's probably going to stay gone because alot of these places are build to not be taken apart. when I first came to a park I lost my phone by placing it in a spot that was not meant to hold the phone and it fell in and never got it back.. I learned the hard way to just keep it in my car or at the table. While in my last review I did mention that over time this location has been under new management and many of the old staff was replaced and things are getting repaired in the park but that comes with the territory of being a kids park things get torn up and busted and caution tape is put for my kids safety until repairs are made. And obviously these parks are busy on weekends so I know sometimes the employees are really busy so I know like any business that lines are going to happen but hey that's the nature of the world but still the kids have fun and I see many improvements this place has made compared to last year.So how about this we as people who go to any places a store, restaurant, park anything let's stop feeling so entitled and stop thinking we are high and mighty and feeling like we never mess up and try this we own up to our mistakes and take responsibility for our actions and remember this place is a fun childrens park for families just like six flags or any other place it's about memories with our children not us the self important adults"

"Exceptional Service. Marwan was attentive, on time, and managed the kids with excellence. We were lucky that he was are host and grateful to have had this great party management. It is important to help out and organize a bunch of kids. The important part is, when we asked for help, he was very supportive."

"We went on a Wednesday evening and my 10 and 7 year old had a blast! The staff were either cleaning or playing with the kids there. The place didn’t smell like a boys locker room which was a nice change from most jump parks. We’ll be back!"

"Jay was an awesome team member and really was informative for my boys to get the best out of the climbing walls. Very helpful and fun and really seemed to love his job. Lizzy was very cheerful signing us in so the at my boys could “RUSH” to have some fun. Great job at picking these two employees and we will be back."

"I really like this place. The equipment for the kids to play on is excellent. It wasn't too busy for a Sunday. $22 for 2 hours of play seems fair. There are tons of places for adults to sit, which is wonderful. There are even a few TVs with news and sports on. Water is $3 a bottle. The only thing that was strange was the absurd amount of signs in poor shape all over the place. If they were to fix that, it would really bring the place up. All the employees were on their phones behind desks, which I don't really care about or mind, but it does lower the level of professionalism of the place. Again, the only weird thing about this place is that there are signs with commands on them everywhere you turn your head."
